The Fried Egg Cup

The side-comp of all side-comps. Birthed by Lj on the terrace of Killarney Country Club - The Fried Egg Cup was born in 2022!

The Fried Egg Cup (FEC) runs from one Galloway Invitational to the next (1 June to 30 April). Those participating compete on a monthly basis by submitting their best Stableford score, from two monthly-pre-nominated rounds, which is then tallied and totalled at the end of the season to determine a winner.

The Fried Egg Cup Final Leaderboard is used as qualification for the annual Three Cup Putt which sees Team Blue take on Team Red in a fierce 8v8 battle over 5 rounds in October of each year.

Rob’s monthly summaries of the FEC events and happenings should be bundled and published - it will result in a best seller.
